  2. bPrior to employment refers to village doctors obtaining their highest education degree before working, which means that they received regular training in the medical school.
  3. cDoctors who passed the national medical licensing examination get the certification to practice.
  4. dUnlicensed (assistant) doctors usually received the Village Doctor Certification from the county government.
