This illustrates the potential impact of changes in demand on future nursing workforce requirements relative to the comparison scenario. In the low demand scenario, the demand for the workforce was reduced by a notional value of two percentage points. In the high demand scenario, the demand for the workforce was increased by a notional value of two percentage points.
