  1. Two separate block- and stepwise regression models were calculated for the dependent variables ‘witness of discrimination’ and ‘victim of discrimination’, respectively. In the first regression step, associations of sociodemographic and employment factors of participants with dependent variables were examined. In the second regression step, individual cultural competence and the proportion of staff and patients with migration background were added to the final model.
